Ex Nullo BRISCAGLI - SPORTITALIA TEAM
Born as Simca 8 in 1948, the car was subsequently imported into Holland in the 1960s where Havas decided to make it into an aluminium barchetta to race in the 1000cc categories.
Simca Havas 8 Biposto Sport Barchetta with aluminum bodywork.
Originally equipped with the Simca 1100 engine, when the class regulations changed in the 1960s, the Ford 105 E was mounted to remain within the parameters of the imposed displacement of less than one liter.
Prepared with the Aquaplane modification and SU carburetors, it expresses good power and aided by the 4-speed gearbox allows this agile barchetta excellent performance.
ASI Gold Plate approved.
Italian plates for road circulation, ready for passage, it is eligible for the most important events in the category.
